A custom project starts with a written target, not a request for a generic price. For synthesis, provide the amino-acid sequence, terminal modifications, disulfide or other structural requirements, salt form, target purity, quantity and intended use. For a multi-peptide lyophilized blend, provide component identities, ratios, fill basis and formulation constraints. For a private-label vial or kit, add container, closure, nominal fill, label, carton, insert, market language and artwork requirements. State the destination market and whether the work is cosmetic, research, synthesis support or qualified pharmaceutical development. Hytanbio can then review feasibility, analytical approach, sampling route, scale and documents. Requirements that remain undefined should be listed as decisions rather than silently assumed.
The practical sequence is requirement review, feasibility assessment, quotation scope, sample or prototype, evaluation, specification approval and controlled production. Analytical methods and acceptance criteria should be discussed before the sample is judged, especially when a customer method differs from the supplier method. A successful sample does not automatically lock every commercial parameter; scale, equipment, packaging and transport may introduce additional controls that need confirmation. For private-label work, artwork approval, component compatibility and final bill of materials should be completed before production release. Batch documentation, deviations and change control should follow the agreed quality package. Lead time begins from defined milestones such as deposit, approved specification or approved artwork, not merely from the first inquiry.
Sterile processing, endotoxin limits, aseptic filling, injectable-development use, GMP manufacturing, controlled substances, clinical programs and country-specific registrations require separate review. They are not included merely because a peptide can be synthesized or lyophilized. The same principle applies to novel sequences, difficult solubility, unusual modifications, high-potency handling, specialized packaging and temperature-controlled distribution. The supplier must confirm facility capability, methods, acceptance criteria, documentation and legal supply route for the exact project. Cosmetic private-label projects also require finished-product safety, stability, compatibility and claims work appropriate to the destination. Where Hytanbio cannot substantiate a requirement, it will remain outside the confirmed quotation. Buyers should include all critical requirements at the feasibility stage because adding them after sample approval can change cost, timing or viability.
